As we deal with new realities every day, know that Blue Ridge Electric Co-op is here to help you. We’ve been through some crisis situations before, and we’re prepared to provide the reliable service you have come to expect from us during this time of uncertainty and difficulty. Our number one job right now is to keep the power flowing to your home. After all, since most of you are spending more time at home we know that electricity is one of those things that brings some normalcy to your life. During this crisis, we realize that some people may be facing hardships and we’re prepared to help out in those situations. We hope that each of you will stay safe and follow the precautions that are being provided by our health officials. Just be assured that we will continue to provide reliable service to you.
Since many of our members may be facing unusual financial hardships as a result of COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending disconnection for non-payment and associated fees. We will continue to read meters and send bills. Members should pay what they can to avoid building up a large balance that will be harder to pay off later.
Billing and Payments
Our offices are closed to walk-in service. Our drive-in windows will remain open at this time for monetary transactions. You can also pay your bill online, though our mobile app or by phone through our Express Payment Line at 864-898-2008 or speak with a member service representative at 800-240-3400.
