Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative makes every effort to improve our customer service standards on a daily basis. One way we do this is by our continuing effort to keep abreast of the latest technology available. One vital component in offering the best service is by having the most current and up to date information of all of our members. We offer several convenient ways for you to update your account information:

• Online
  Members can easily update account information by logging into this website. Simply log in to online payment system. The Account Profile page is displayed when you select a single account from the account list page. Click Account Information in the navigation bar and then select Account Profile from the dropdown menu. This page allows you to enter and update your current account information in any of the fields on the page. If the information you have entered is correct and complete, click Submit.

  Members who do not use the online payment system may update their information by filling out the update account information form and clicking Submit.




• With your payment
  Write your phone number and any corrections on the bill stub before you mail your payment in the envelope provided with your statement. If you do not have your statement, our mailing address is as follows:

  Update any changes on your account by calling our Customer Service Center at 1-800-240-3400.



• In Person
  Updates to your account can be made at the same time you make a payment or make any service requests while visiting any of our office locations. Please take a moment to verify we have all of your account information including your correct phone number and 911 service address as this information is vital in responding to any of your service requests.
