Blue Ridge Electric's Member Services Department has been organized to provide our members with quality and efficient service in a wide range of areas including new services, making changes to existing service and answering questions about billing or any of the wide variety of services offered.
All Member Services Representatives receive extensive customer service training and are prepared to assist you with any inquiry or request you may have.
