Blue Ridge Fest
Blue Ridge Fest 2009 will be held May 15-16 at the Cooperative’s covered outdoor facility located at 734 West Main Street, Pickens. The Beach Night Show and Classic Car Cruise-In will be held Friday night and the Charity Motorcycle Ride will take place Saturday morning.
Washington Youth Tour
Each summer Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative sponsors two high school juniors (rising seniors) to attend a week in Washington, D.C.
Assisting Military Families
Families served by Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative who are dependent on the income of military personnel involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom can make bill-paying arrangements, if they are having a problem meeting this obligation.
South Carolina Living Magazine
Another advantage from being a member of a cooperative is that you will receive our monthly magazine, South Carolina Living.
Local School Involvement
Blue Ridge employees participated in the annual science fair at Orchard Park Elementary on Tuesday, January 13, and at A. R. Lewis Elementary on Monday, December 8, by judging entries from 4th and 5th grade students.
