 Computerized system models aid our employees by providing up-to-date detailed facility maps, operating circuit diagrams and geographic backgrounds to do planning and service work. Digital protective devices are utilized in our substations as well as on the distribution system. Power quality monitoring devices are installed on the system and in other strategic locations to further enhance the reliability of our service.
Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative is committed to superior service reliability for our customers. In addition to the above measures we have an employee dedicated to monitor and address any and all service reliability issues.
